We are always looking to add amazing people to the team.

Current openings

  • Who is Pushr?

We’re a lean, high-performing video production company creating story-driven content for some of North America’s biggest brands. Our work actually gets seen, shapes brands, and drives real results.

We’re not a big agency where you’re a small piece of the puzzle.

We’re a tight team where you’re in the room, on set, and making things happen.

We handle everything from concept through to final delivery, move fast, keep things tight, and care a lot about doing great work with good people.

We’re based in a bright, light-filled office in Mt Pleasant and spend a lot of time out on location bringing ideas to life. You’ll split your time between the office and being on set, with occasional travel across North America. No two weeks look the same.

    Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized, hands-on Production Coordinator to support across all stages of production, from early concepting through to final delivery.

This role blends production support, client coordination, and business support. You’ll be involved in everything from planning shoots and being on set, to helping with pitches, marketing, and day-to-day operations.

Some days you’ll be building decks. Other days you’ll be on set running around making things happen.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role and a strong entry point into the industry for someone who wants to grow into a Producer or Project Manager role.

    What You’ll Do

    Pre-Production

    • Support scripts, storyboards, schedules, budgets, and production plans

    • Help with locations, crew, and casting

    • Assist with permits and logistics

    • Prepare key production docs (call sheets, releases, contact lists)

    On Set (Shoot Days)

    • Be a go-to person on set. Help talent, crew, and keep things moving

    • Handle meals, crafty, and any last-minute needs

    • Support setup, wrap, and overall flow of the day

    • Possible travel all over North America for shoots

    Post-Production

    • Coordinate with editors, animators, and post team

    • Review transcripts and pull key moments from interviews

    • Support delivery of final assets and client wrap-up

    Client + Business Support

    • Help manage client communication and keep projects on track

    • Support meetings, agendas, and presentations

    • Assist with proposals, RFPs, quotes, and invoices

    • Support marketing and social media initiatives

    • Help keep projects organized in Asana and schedules up to date

    The Ideal Candidate

    • You’re extremely organized and take pride in it

    • You’re hardworking and not satisfied with “good enough”

    • You bring high energy and a positive attitude people enjoy being around

    • You’re able to juggle multiple projects and shifting priorities

    • You’re a resourceful problem solver who moves things forward

    • You’re open to discussion and feedback, focused on the best outcome

    • You want to do great work and grow quickly

    What Success Looks Like

    • You’re the person everyone relies on

    • You anticipate problems before they happen

    • You keep shoots running smoothly and clients feeling taken care of

    • You take ownership and don’t wait to be told what to do

    Nice to Have

    • Experience as a Production Assistant or Coordinator on Set

    • Marketing or Social Media Content skills

    • Comfortable with Google Drive (Docs, Sheets) and presentation tools

    • Familiarity with production workflows or creative tools

    Growth & Opportunities

    • This role is designed as a launchpad into the industry.

    • You’ll get exposure to both production and the business side of a growing creative company. You’ll learn how projects actually run, how clients are managed, and how productions come together from start to finish.

    • Clear path to grow into a Project Manager or Producer role

    • Support for personal creative projects (time + potential budget)

    • Ongoing learning and development support

    • If you’re someone who wants to be in the mix, learn fast, and be part of a team that genuinely cares about the work, this is probably a great fit.

    • If you’re looking for something slow, predictable, or highly structured, this probably isn’t it.

    Compensation

    • Starting salary: $40,000-$50,000 annually (depending on experience)

    • Annual bonuses and raises based on performance

    • 3 weeks paid vacation + benefits (after 3mo probation)

    Starting Date

    • As soon as possible
